Great place for multiple events. But the new restaurant Houke is a treasure! The new chef from former restaurant Het Plein Joure is running his kitchen to perfection. Fish, Veggie and meat all to perfection and beyond. Docking your boat on the Houkesloot and entering thru the garden is a perfect start. So happy that you are here.
1th sunday in aug., there s always a event (festivalstyle), with music and foodtrucks for all ages. There s also a kidscorner. Entrancefee just € 3.50. Lokaal 55 is located at the waterfront, so you can also visit lokaal 55 by boat

Very nice place. Good food and friendly personnel. During the summer there is an event called SoulSonic with live music and drinks and high quality food.
